SYC Adventures: Argentina Adventure
Dear Fellow Shooter,
If you have ever considered a wing shooting trip to Argentina, now is the time to get serious.
Round trip airfare from many major cities is $1000 or less if you book in advance, and that includes LA, Dallas, Atlanta, NY, and Washington.
The shooting experience in Argentina with SYC is the best out of country value for the money – period.
It is the beginning of winter in Argentina. Where else IN AUGUST can you duck hunt in the morning in you favorite shooting sweater and see your breath or don your favorite hunting coat and shoot perdiz over pointing dogs in the afternoon? Where else can you shoot pigeons in the morning and afternoon and enjoy a warm fire, and the best Malbec Mendoza has to offer, in a first class lodge while most of the US is sweltering away in the hot, humid throws of summer? Where else can you shoot 1,000 to 1,500 shells in a day, in a long sleeve shirt or you shooting vest, in 50 degree morning weather in July or August, and come back to a warm fireside cup of coffee?

Tom Knapp, star of Benelli’s American Bird Hunter, and exhibition shooter extraordinaire, and Colorado Buck, premier big game guide and outfitter on Wild TV (Canada), the Pursuit Channel, The Sportsman Channel, and The Hunting Channel Online, are both coming in July to make television shows on pigeons, ducks, and perdiz for sure, and maybe a winter (July in Argentina) dove shooting show as well. Here is your chance to interact with one of the premier outdoor writes in America, Bruce Buck, while enjoying incredible dove shooting at our five star lodge, El Cortijo.
Dez Young of the Hunting with Hank and Dash in the Outdoors television series is coming in early August for a dove and pigeon hunt. Dez is another of the most personable people you would want to hunt with, and you are invited to hunt doves and pigeons, or doves, or pigeons with Dez and his wonderful wife, Karenanne, in Cordoba Province.
Ducks – Just got an email from Eduardo this morning. “The ducks are in the river. The weather is cold. The shooting is excellent.” What more can I add? How about “pack a light pair of long underwear, get a plane ticket, and come on.”
