Holloway & Naughton is a traditional English bespoke handmade gun-maker, whose origins date back to 1909. Today the Company has an enviable reputation, equalling if not exceeding the leading London gun houses.

In the mid 1990's Andrew Harvison bought Holloway & Naughton and began designing a complete new range of guns. Harvison is driven by an acute attention to detail, and he personally oversees every stage of a gun's manufacture. This when combined with the visual design, plus his use of only the best expert craftsmen, produces guns with exceptional handling characteristics and extreme artistic beauty.

His efforts were recognised by the industry, when Holloway & Naughton was awarded the Highly Commended Best New Gun 2006 at the UK Shooting Industry Awards. This Best New Gun was the prototype of the Britannia, which was launched in June of this year at the World English Sporting Championships, held at Lakenheath Shooting Ground in Suffolk County in the UK.

The Britannia is available in two variants, a Game and a Sporter, thus providing the Holloway & Naughton expertise and quality to Game and Clay shooters. However the Company also produces an additional range of shotguns called the Premier, which are the "top of the range." Whereas the Britannia is available only as an Over and Under, the Premier's come in Side by Side and Over and Under configurations, thus catering for all shooter's requirements. The Company website contains a wealth of information on the Company, it's history, Andrew Harvison himself, plus an extensive picture Gallery of both the Premier's and the Britannia's.

In November of this year, a great honour was bestowed upon the Company, when it was commissioned to build a "one off" Premier shotgun to commemorate the Ryder Cup in 2010 coming to the UK, and taking place at the Celtic Manor Resort in Newport, South Wales. This commission speaks for itself, in as much as Holloway & Naughton was chosen in preference the all of the other long established English gun-making houses. This is an esteemed statement of the quality the Company can produce, as well as being aligned to such a prestigious event.

Holloway & Naughton are delighted in becoming partners with Blixt & Co, an organisation that shares the same business ethics, with both organisations having one common goal, namely the pursuit of top class shooting, with top class guns.
