It will be a number from 1 to 8 (in my case, 1) and denote the peg, or the position you'll take in the shooting line the first drive of the day. It also deals your hand for the rest of the day, since on drive two you will move up two places, and two more on the drive after that.

By: Michael G. Sabbeth for Shotgunlife.com
I bring my best to Lazy Triple Creek Ranch - my best guns, my best clothing, my best accessories and my best cigars. Lazy Triple Creek Ranch induces the best as iron filings are drawn to a magnet. In July, my wife Nancy and I visited Lazy Triple Creek Ranch to experience its clay target offerings, savor its cuisine, travers its new hunting acreages and become educated about the art of the driven shoot.
The 2011 Driven Shooting Season was a fantastic success with strong, fast, high birds challenging the every level of shooter. Our Photo Gallery captures some of the excitement on the line and the flurry overhead.
Nestled into the Big Hole Mountains, about one hour drive from Jackson Hole, Wyoming, you will find one of the finest shooting properties for traditional driven shooting in America.
Memberships in the Shooting Syndicate are designed so our members can decide how much involvement and use they anticpate during the season. In theory, this means that you do not pay for anything you don't use throughout the year.
