Nestled into the Big Hole Mountains, about one hour drive from Jackson Hole, Wyoming, you will find one of the finest shooting properties for traditional driven shooting in America.
In 2009 Blixt & Co. obtained the exclusive sporting rights at Lazy Triple Creek in Newdale, Idaho. The estate consists of 2,200 aces of wide open vistas and five dramatic canyons, which vary in depth, giving every level of shooter the excitement of challenging shooting, as well as the enjoyment of a great day in the field.
During your visit to LTC you will be hosted by our staff and private chef. The Lodge accommodates eight guns or eight couples, and is located on a ridge top in the center of the ranch overlooking the cover crops that creates the drives that you will experience during your visit. The lodge provides a 360 degree panoramic view of the entire estate and epitomizes the expression,“big sky country” .
On the shoot day the team of guns will leave the Lodge in our custom gun wagon, and since the lodge is near the center of the estate, you are only minutes from each drive. At LTC you shoot a no-limit bag, conducted over six drives during the day. Your loader will look after you throughout the day and the thirty man strong beating line will assist the game keeper to drive the birds over the guns. This rare shooting estate is one of few properties that offer true traditional pheasant and partridge on the North American continent.
The shooting season at Lazy Triple Creek starts in September and finishes by the middle of November. We cater to a line of eight guns, and Blixt & Co. offer a number of different packages, all of which can be customized to fit your particular interest.
