Our lodge team including, butler, guest service director, and private chef are on hand to ensure everything you might need is anticipated.

Blixt & Co will provide comfortable, elegant hospitality and lodging, complete with our private chef and all of the attention to detail you have come to expect. Teton Valley, Idaho boast a rich agricultural history with some of the most stunning views of the Grand Tetons.Visits to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park are easy day trips for those non-shooting guests or for extended travel.

The Blixt & Co hospitality team, including chef, butler, and guest service specialists, will ensure you are comfortable and relaxed after a day in the field. Our private chef, Stephanie Sias, will craft meals that feature many of our small local food growers and producers fresh from the farms and seasonally based.

Access to many of the west’s most enjoyable attractions are close by. Jackson Hole is 55 miles to the west and provides year-round access. The west entrance to Yellowstone National Park is about 85 miles from our front door and the Grand Teton National Park Visitor Center is only 52 miles away.

EXECUTIVE CHEF

Stephanie Sias is the executive chef for Blixt and Co. She has been in the Wyoming / Idaho area for 4 years after coming to the valley on a whim that worked out in her favor. Stephanie is a native of West Virginia and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. She has since worked in places such as W Hotels, Aman properties, and acclaimed restaurants in the area. Her vast job experience has covered a plethora of cuisines that span from bakeries to sushi, and almost everything in between.

GUEST SERVICES

Kaitlin provides exceptional guest service skills and administrative support to the Blixt and Company team. After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Kaitlin moved to Jackson Hole, where she worked at Jackson Lake Lodge in Grand Teton National Park. Kaitlin continued to pursue her passion for the hospitality industry, becoming the Reservations Supervisor at Amangani, an Aman Resort. Kaitlin’s previous experience brings an unparalleled perspective to customer service, always exceeding guest expectations.
